- Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are received in a damaged or defective state. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video proof.
- Process: Contact our support team with your order number. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit).
- Non-Returnable Items: Any contact lens or eyelash product where the original factory seal has been broken cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances for the protection of all customers.
